Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, stating "customers have 7 days after receiving their item to request an exchange." This policy excludes swimsuits and lingerie.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may be asked to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at tariraboujiecollection@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and suggest a solution.

 

Refunds
We do not issue refunds on any items. Swimwear and lingerie are final sale. For eligible items, we do offer an exchange for equal or greater value.
